CoCon Authentication is a vital application within the CoCon suite that focuses on managing delegate registration, identification, and voting authorization efficiently.

This module is especially beneficial for meetings organized under a free seating principle, allowing participants to easily find their seats and access meeting functionalities. With CoCon Authentication, participants can be easily identified using badges, ensuring a smooth registration process.

The system provides flexible options for both fixed and free seating arrangements, enhancing the overall participant experience. By integrating seamlessly with other CoCon modules, it supports a cohesive and secure meeting environment, allowing organizers to maintain control over delegate participation and voting processes.
