CoCon Documentation is an advanced module that provides essential document management functionalities within the CoCon suite. This module allows users to enhance their meetings by making both general and agenda-specific documents readily available to participants.

Users can browse, scroll, and zoom through documents on a uniCOS Multimedia device, facilitating effective communication and engagement.

Operators have the option to lock all views on a single document or use guided scrolling to direct participants’ attention. By integrating seamlessly with the CoCon Discussion module, CoCon Documentation ensures that all relevant materials are organized and easily accessible, promoting a more productive meeting environment.
