CoCon Signage is the dedicated display application within the CoCon suite, designed to provide crucial information to delegates during meetings.

As a plugin for the CoCon Discussion module, it allows users to display a variety of content on large screens or projectors, ensuring everyone in the room is informed and engaged. Through an intuitive wizard, CoCon Signage can be configured to show essential details such as a synoptic view of the room, microphone states, currently speaking delegates, individual and group speech times, and active agenda topics.

For larger setups requiring multiple signage screens, additional licenses are necessary. This module makes it easy to connect to projectors or screens, allowing for seamless communication and an enhanced meeting experience.
