The DICENTIS Identification at Seat License enables participant identification on various DICENTIS devices, including Multimedia, Discussion with voting, language selector, touchscreen, and Wireless Extended devices. Each device requiring identification needs its own license, activated with a code.

Key Features:

• User Access: NFC tags allow participants to identify themselves and join meetings with free or fixed seating options.
• Display Names: Participants’ names are displayed on devices and the web interface, even when speaking from a central location.
• Easy Configuration: The system supports identification via NFC card, username, or external systems like biometrics.
• Authentication: Integration with Windows Server for login using existing credentials and verification via PIN or password.
• Meeting Management: Tracks attendance, displays participant names, and calculates quorum automatically.

This license enhances meeting control and participant management within the DICENTIS Conference System.
