The DICENTIS Discussion devices’ functionality can be extended with optional licenses. The Voting at Seat license enables voting on DICENTIS Multimedia devices, Discussion devices with touchscreens, and DICENTIS Wireless Extended devices. Licenses are activated via an activation code and must match the number of seats requiring voting.

• Device Integration: Voting choices and results are displayed on the respective DICENTIS devices, ensuring clarity during decision-making.
• Web Interface Management: The voting process can be controlled via the DICENTIS Wireless Access Point’s web interface, with options to manage topics, answer sets (e.g., yes/no/abstain), and voting stages.
• Participant Functions: Participants confirm presence, cast votes using color-coded buttons, and view results as colored bar graphs.
• Ease of Use: Voting buttons are designed for accessibility, including for color-blind users, and results are displayed clearly on devices and in synoptic layouts.
